Job summary

HCRC consulting is seeking an experienced Chiropractor in Dunwoody, GA to step into a leadership role and help grow the practice. This full-time position offers a base salary and bonus potential, plus opportunities for equity/ownership for the right candidate, with a Monday–Friday schedule and an established community presence since 2014.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) required.
• Georgia chiropractic license required.
• Excellent patient communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable recommending and managing care plans.
• Leadership mentality with an interest in practice growth.
• Passion for family-centered, wellness-based chiropractic care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality chiropractic adjustments and manage patient care plans (TRT, Drop table, Webster, Pediatric, SoftWave therapy, Spinal decompression).
• Perform new patient consultations, exams, neurological assessments, and X-rays.
• Conduct Reports of Findings and clearly explain treatment recommendations.
• Perform progress exams and adjust care plans based on patient outcomes.
• Care for families, children, pregnant women, and wellness-focused adults.
• Help lead clinical operations and mentor associates, CAs, and interns.
• Educate patients and build strong, long-term relationships.
• Participate in community outreach and practice-growth initiatives.
• Help improve clinical systems, patient retention, referrals, and overall patient experience.
