What You'll Do
Patient Care & Clinical Excellence
  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, examinations, and chiropractic assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals.
  • Perform chiropractic adjustments using a variety of appropriate techniques.
  • Provide high-quality care with a strong focus on patient safety, outcomes, and experience.
  • Educate patients on chiropractic care, wellness, posture, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough patient documentation.
Patient Experience & Retention
  • Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients.
  • Create a welcoming, professional, and positive patient experience.
  • Clearly communicate treatment recommendations and help patients understand the value of their care.
  • Encourage patients to take an active role in their health and wellness.
  • Support patient engagement, retention, and continuity of care.
Practice Growth & Team Contribution
  • Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice.

What We're Looking For
Required
  • Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Active chiropractic license in the state of Georgia or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Strong clinical and manual adjusting skills.
  • Ability to confidently evaluate patients and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commitment to patient education and wellness.
  • Professional, approachable, and personable demeanor.
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment.
Preferred
  • 2–3+ years of chiropractic experience.
  • Experience working with personal injury patients.
  • Experience developing and managing individualized treatment plans.
  • Experience in a wellness-focused or multidisciplinary practice.
  • Interest in contributing to practice growth and community outreach.
