Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in Midlothian, TX is seeking a licensed lead chiropractor to join our growing team in a full-time role. You will deliver routine chiropractic care in a convenient retail setting, focusing on patient outcomes and care quality.

This position requires a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, a valid license, NBCE scores, and strong communication. We offer base pay around $85k with performance bonuses, health insurance, a 401(k), and malpractice coverage, with a franchisee as employer.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
• Valid DC license in the applicable state.
• Passing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV (or recent SPEC exam).
• Eligible for malpractice insurance.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions.
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results.
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations.

Position Summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and motivated Chiropractor to join our growing team. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, streamlined environment, allowing you to focus on what you do best, improving lives through routine chiropractic care.

Key Responsibilities
