Lee Company is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to perform maintenance, installs, and repairs for industrial site-based customers. You will leverage our technology and training to deliver safe, reliable comfort across a range of equipment, from chillers to boilers and burners.
Ideal candidates have Universal EPA Certification and 8+ years of industrial HVAC service or maintenance. High school diploma or GED preferred; exceptional communication and teamwork are essential.
This position is responsible to perform maintenance and service for our Industrial HVAC/mechanical site-based customers. Utilize our technology, technical capability, and customer service to provide a great experience to our customer. Primarily responsible for performing installs, repairs and maintenance to a variety of equipment including: refrigeration, air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, hermetic compressors, light commercial furnaces, boilers, burners, intake and exhaust fans, economizers, humidifiers, capacity controls, semi-hermetic compressors, split systems, flame safeguard controls, air compressors, air driers, chillers, and packaged units.
Universal EPA Certification Minimum of 8+ years of Industrial HVAC Service/Industrial Maintenance experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate preferred
Excellent written communications skills Able to work well with other technicians and tradesman
