Job summary

MKL Careers in Dallas, TX is seeking a Lead Chiller Technician to own the toughest chiller issues in the DFW area. This senior field role provides technical leadership to a team of service technicians and acts as the go-to specialist for diagnostics and commissioning.

You will troubleshoot complex chiller systems, lead startup and performance tuning, diagnose warranty repairs, mentor peers, and communicate with customers, manufacturers, and management to drive optimal outcomes.
