Chroma Early Learning Academy seeks a Lead Childcare Teacher to plan and deliver a structured, engaging learning environment for young children. You will implement curriculum supporting cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth, while ensuring safety and inclusivity.

The role includes supervising assistant staff, managing daily operations, and maintaining open communication with families about progress and needs.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDA, TCC, or Paraprofessional certificate required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to Pass a Background Check.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
• Must meet Georgia Bright from the Start and Quality Rated guidelines.
• Passion for early childhood education and the social-emotional well-being of young children.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to continuous learning.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Assistant Teacher in day-to-day care of children.
• Maintain a safe, clean, engaging classroom aligned with Georgia DECAL and Quality Rated standards.
• Support implementation of age-appropriate curriculum promoting sensory exploration, early communication, and gross motor development.
• Observe and document developmental milestones and communicate with families.
• Follow licensing and program health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development for Quality Rated compliance.
