Chroma Early Learning Academy seeks a Lead Childcare Teacher to create a structured, engaging learning environment for young children and guide assistant staff. You will design developmentally appropriate curriculum, observe and document milestones, and communicate with families, while upholding Georgia DECAL and Quality Rated standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Meet Georgia’s Bright from the Start and Quality Rated guidelines.
• Be reliable, collaborative, and committed to ongoing learning.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• CDA, TCC, or Paraprofessional certificate required.
• Passion for early childhood education and social-emotional development.

Responsabilités

• Support the Assistant Teacher in daily care of children.
• Keep the classroom safe, clean, and engaging aligned with Georgia standards.
• Collaborate to implement age-appropriate curriculum emphasizing sensory, language, and motor development.

• Comply with licensing, health, and sanitation guidelines.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training for Quality Rated compliance.
