Chroma Early Learning Academy in Alpharetta, GA seeks a Lead Childcare Teacher to plan and deliver a structured, developmentally appropriate learning environment. You will supervise assistant staff, manage daily classroom operations, and maintain open communication with families about children’s progress.

The ideal candidate has leadership skills and a strong commitment to early childhood education, with knowledge of Georgia DECAL and Quality Rated guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must hold a high school diploma or GED.
• CDA, TCC, or Paraprofessional certificate required.
• Background check required.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Must meet Georgia Bright from the Start and Quality Rated guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Assistant Teacher with day-to-day care of children.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom aligned with Georgia DECAL standards.
• Support implementation of age-appropriate curriculum promoting cognitive, social, and physical development.
• Observe and document developmental milestones; communicate with families.
