Southeast Community College is seeking a full-time Group Supervisor for the Child Development Center in Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will possess an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood or a related field and have experience working with children in a group care setting. The position offers $17.32 per hour and requires First Aid/CPR Certification within two months of hire.

Qualifications

• Completion of 12 clock hours of approved continuing education each fiscal year.
• Ability to implement educational programs, routines, and activities for children.
• Must be able to work varied days, hours, shifts, and locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the assigned classroom ensuring safety and compliance.
• Provide feedback and guidance to Early Childhood Education Program students.
• Collaborate with families to plan a culturally appropriate curriculum.
