C2 Global Professional Services, LLC is seeking a Manager to oversee the Child Care Solutions Direct Care program, supervising a team of Supervisors and ensuring compliance with CCS policies and proper fund disbursement. The role emphasizes quality service delivery and effective resource use.

The Manager will develop procedures, monitor performance, and support staff growth while coordinating with the Deputy Director and Human Resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Five years of relevant experience, including three years in supervisory roles.
• Relocation ability within the service delivery area; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the child care program to ensure quality service.
• Develop and maintain local operating procedures.
• Monitor CCS policy compliance.
• Coordinate staff development and performance improvement plans.
• Report cases of suspected fraud or misuse of services.
• Relocate within the service delivery area as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
