C2 Global Professional Services, LLC is seeking a Manager, Child Care Solutions Direct Care in Texas to oversee Child Care Services operations and supervise a team of CCS Supervisors. You will ensure program compliance, manage service delivery, and support staff development in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, budgeting, and customer service, with relocation within the service area as needed. Excellent collaboration with Deputy Director and HR is essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited university or college in a relevant field.
• Five (5) years of relevant experience, including three (3) years of supervisory experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manages the daily operations of the child care program to ensure quality service delivery.
• Develops and maintains current local operating procedures.
• Monitors CCS Policies and Procedures for compliance.
• Assists with meeting contract goals and objectives and designs corrective actions as needed.
• Oversees documentation, tracking, and data entry for accountability and reporting.
• Coordinates professional development opportunities for staff growth.
• Monitors staff performance and implements corrective actions.
• Prepares disciplinary action documents for review by leadership.
• Relates with internal and external customers to provide excellent service.
