Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a Chemline Technician III to perform advanced chemical processing and surface treatments on semiconductor chamber components in a cleanroom environment. You will operate chemline equipment, monitor chemical bath parameters, collect SPC measurements, and ensure strict adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma (associate degree preferred) and a minimum of 3 years in manufacturing or chemical processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in a technical field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing, chemical processing, semiconductor, coating, plating, surface treatment, contamination control, or related technical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced chemical cleaning, stripping, etching, coating, and surface treatment processes on semiconductor chamber components.
• Operate assigned chemline equipment and processes per SOPs and specifications.
• Prepare, monitor, and maintain chemical bath parameters and tank chemistries.
• Collect SPC measurements, record process data, and verify process compliance.
• Troubleshoot routine process, chemistry, equipment, and quality issues; coordinate corrective actions.
