Your Role:

In this role, you will be the shift lead to oversee safety, run projects, monitor processes, lead operators and monitor the building.

Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any other Life Science or Engineering discipline.
  • 3+ years’ experience in the chemical industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with process scale-up and optimization.
  • 2+ years’ experience leading a team.
  • Knowledge of ISO Quality standards and 6S.
  • Knowledge of analytical techniques and equipment such as, GC, NMR, IR.
  • Strong communication skills, oral and written.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Pay Range for this position: $82,900/yr - $153,800/yr

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
