Job summary

Qualifications

• MS with 6+ years of related experience or PhD with 4+ years of related experience.
• Experience conducting technical research and contributing to R&D strategy.
• Ability to secure funding through proposals and industry partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead research programs on novel chemical/electrochemical separations for critical materials production.
• Lead development of proposals and industry partnerships to secure funding.
• Author peer‑reviewed publications and technical reports; present to sponsors and peers at conferences.
• Provide programmatic and technical leadership to groups in areas of specialty.
• Assist management in identifying growth areas and developing department roadmaps.
