Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift activities to meet production schedule for the shift and perform shift rounds.
• Lead Start of Shift meetings and communicate priorities.
• Provide on-shift technical/process subject matter expertise.
• Coach team members on process and equipment improvements.
• Ensure Environmental, Safety and Health standards are met.
• Maintain inventory levels of product and raw materials.
