Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of chemical processing experience.
• ERP experience preferred.
• Forklift and respiratory equipment certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Lean Manufacturing mindset with a continuous improvement focus.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Effective communication and conflict resolution abilities.
