Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day culinary operations with uncompromising quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with Chef‑Owner to translate culinary vision into operating reality.
• Mentor and develop a high‑performing culinary team; foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
