Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in Nutrition and three years of food service experience in an institutional setting, with two years in supervision
• Or five years of food service experience in an institutional setting with two years supervisory experience

• Supervises and participates in the preparation of and serving of food.
• Supervises storage and care of food and supplies.
• Supervises cleaning of the kitchen and care of equipment.
• Keeps records of food and supplies received and used.
• Keeps employee time cards.
• Plans work schedules.
• Plans menus with attention to acceptability and budgetary limitations with Dietitian assistance.
• Determines requirements and submits requisitions for food and supplies.
