Eurest USA is hiring immediately for a full-time CHEF position at our Topeka, KS location. The role directs kitchen operations, oversees food production and service, and ensures quality and sanitation standards. Monday–Friday schedule with hours vary; pay ranges from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour.

Experience preferred; on-site role with opportunities to develop menus and lead a kitchen team within a supportive foodservice environment.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred in kitchen/food service.
• Direct supervision of kitchen staff.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cooks and associates in food preparation and service.
• Interview, schedule, payroll, training, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
• Prepare high-quality food according to recipes and schedules.
• Maintain sanitation and proper serving temperatures.
• Manage inventory and requisition or purchase product as needed.
• Assist in recipe and menu development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
