Job summary

A private higher education institution in Missouri seeks a dedicated cheer coach to lead its competitive cheer program. Qualifications

  • Collegiate cheerleading and/or coaching experience.
  • Knowledge of stunt safety, tumbling progression, and choreography.
  • CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
  • Knowledge of NAIA rules and recruiting practices.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and direct all aspects of the cheer program.
  • Meet or exceed institutional recruitment goals.
  • Build relationships with high school and club cheer programs.
  • Manage team budget, travel, uniforms, and equipment.
  • Schedule practices, competitions, and travel logistics.
