You bring an RN license in AZ or a compact state, and a BSN is preferred with demonstrated leadership in acute care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in AZ or compact state.
• ADN/ diploma or foreign equivalent required.
• BSN preferred, leadership or charge-nurse experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a department of frontline nurses on a shift.
• Mentor staff, ensure care quality and appropriate resource use.
• Direct patient flow and staff performance within the unit.
• Provide direct patient care as needed and coach to improve care.
