Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mentors others in competency, documentation, equipment use, plan of care, NPSG, and inservice education.
• Provides direct patient care as appropriate to meet patient and department needs.
• Evaluates care given by staff.
• Coaches to improve care.
• Ensures standard of care is maintained.
• Demonstrates understanding of ethical dilemmas and coordinates Ethics Consult.
