Job summary

Oakdale Seniors Alliance is seeking a dependable Charge Nurse (RN or LPN) for 1st Shift PRN coverage to lead daily clinical operations and supervise CNAs/STNAs.

You will administer medications and treatments, monitor residents, and serve as the primary clinical contact for families and physicians. Flexible PRN hours on day shift offered. This role offers immediate pay access and supportive leadership from Oakdale’s management team.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN licensure in the state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience as a Charge Nurse or floor nurse in SNF/assisted living/long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills.
• Dependable, proactive leader with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift clinical operations and supervise CNAs/STNAs.
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor residents' vital signs.
• Serve as primary clinical contact for residents, families, and physicians.
• Document changes and shift reports in the EHR.
• Communicate condition changes clearly to care team.
