Tutera Senior Living and Health Care is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN) for PRN hours. The Charge Nurse will ensure care aligns with policy, manage nursing operations on shift, and mentor staff while coordinating with physicians and medical teams.

Active RN license and LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience are required. Ideal candidates will be professional, energetic, and possess excellent communication skills to support high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Prior RN experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior.
• Strong mentoring/education abilities for nursing staff.

Charge Nurse | RN - PRN Hours Available!

As a Charge Nurse | RN, you are responsible for ensuring that care delivery is consistent with the missions and policies of the company and in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will also be responsible for the overall operations, integration, coordination, and direction of nursing care during your assigned shift, including mentoring and educating nursing personnel and working with physicians and other medical professionals.

Qualifications

• Must have an active and in good standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Prior experience as an RN in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
