You will supervise licensed nurses, CNAs, and other staff to ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centered care in accordance with physician orders and facility policies. The role involves directing staff, coordinating admissions and discharges, and participating in care planning and regulatory compliance, including CMS and HIPAA requirements.
