Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and direct CNAs.
• Provide individualized nursing care per plan of care.
• Assist in admission, transfer, discharge.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Explain procedures to gain patient cooperation.
• Monitor vital signs and progress.
• Maintain nursing records and care plans.
• Record nursing needs for continuity of care.
• Observe emotional stability and prepare for discharge.
• Perform other duties to provide exceptional care.
