Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as an LPN or RN.

• Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and regulatory agents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CNAs and provide direct patient care.
• Assist in development/implementation of patient care plans.
• Identify patient goals/approaches.
• Resolve patient/family concerns.
• Summarize concerns for Clinical Unit Manager.
