Hemet Global Medical Center is seeking a Charge Nurse for the DOU on a full‑time night rotation. You will plan, organize and supervise nursing staff across major units, ensuring direct patient care quality and resource management.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN, California RN licensure, and is proficient in leading teams, teaching, and coordinating complex schedules with weekend commitments.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in nursing and active California RN license.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience, preferably in acute care.
• BLS, ACLS, chemo, PALS, NRP, FHM certifications are required.

• Plan, organize, and supervise nursing staff on inpatient/outpatient units.
• Monitor care quality, report on resources and performance.
