Job summary

Piedmont Mountainside Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate delivery of high-quality nursing care from birth through the lifecycle. You will communicate patient care needs and staff concerns to leaders and serve as a resource for the team.

The role requires Georgia RN licensure, BCLS, ACLS and PALS certifications, and ongoing professional development to meet addendum requirements. Minimum 1 year hospital experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in Georgia is required.
• BCLS certification required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification prior to independent administration required.
• NRP and other specialty certifications per unit addendum required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the delivery of quality nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle, as well as operational issues during the shift.
• Provides clinical care as needed when census demands.
• Communicates patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to the appropriate leader.

Education

Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing
