Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services in Houston is seeking a Charge Nurse RN II for the Intermediate Care Unit to provide expert bedside nursing care for medically complex patients while leading unit operations as a clinical leader.

You will coordinate interdisciplinary care, delegate assignments, mentor nursing staff, champion patient education, and uphold safety and quality standards through teamwork and evidence-based practice.
