The Charge Nurse coaches staff, collaborates with physicians and the interprofessional team, and advances nursing practice through unit and hospital-wide education.

Formación

• Twenty four months of clinical nursing experience with demonstration of progressive leadership skills.
• English proficiency sufficient for patient and staff communication.
• RN license in Texas with 60-day license transfer/establishment window.

Responsabilidades

• Lead unit and shared governance activities and coordinate education with management.
• Coach and mentor department staff in clinical and professional practice.
• Provide patient care leadership at bedside and across units to improve outcomes.
• Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with nursing standards and policies.
