Job summary

Health Wealth Safe is seeking an experienced registered nurse to lead and coordinate unit staffing, ensuring quality patient care and clinical objectives. You will assign, educate, and monitor staff during shifts, contributing to performance evaluations and safety initiatives.

The role requires RN licensure, at least one year of RN experience, and the ability to standing, walking, lifting, and performing physical tasks.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensing.
• At least one year of registered nurse experience.
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting, reaching, and other physical activities.
• Valid professional licenses and certifications such as BLS, ALS, and appropriate state RN licensure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate unit staffing to ensure quality patient care and clinical objectives.
• Assign, educate, monitor staff during shifts and contribute to performance evaluations.
• Assess patient care needs, develop care assignments, and ensure appropriate care delivery.
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers to achieve quality outcomes.
• Evaluate patient care effectiveness and address issues impacting outcomes.
• Respond to patient care complaints and provide input on staff hiring, training, and development.
• Maintain safety and perform additional duties as assigned.
