Job summary

This staff, full-time position requires 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift, CST certification, 7 years of CST experience, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a DOE or CHEA accredited surgical technology program.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7 years as Surgical Technologist experience in all surgical specialties.
• Active CST certification.
• Active Healthcare Provider BLS within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect technical care to surgical/ obstetric patients across the age spectrum.
• Support safe and effective conduct of invasive surgical procedures.
• Follow established practices and standards; assist in orienting staff and maintaining readiness of the OR.
