How you’ll make an impact in this role
Operational Leadership: Coordinate daily shift activities and workflow for physician practice operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to policy.
Team Development: Oversee the orientation and training of new associates while providing performance feedback and technical guidance to the team.
Resource Management: Manage clinical inventory by monitoring supply levels, placing orders, and organizing medication samples.
Quality Oversight: Assign and review staff work to ensure compliance with clinical procedures and operational standards.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Medical Assistant obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:

Experienced MA. Leadership experience preferred.
