Qualifications

• Active Certified General (CG) Appraiser license required.
• Experience in commercial real estate valuation with ability to complete complex assignments.
• Leadership, mentorship, or team-development experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections, market research, and due diligence.
• Analyze market trends, financial data, and comparables.
• Prepare accurate, well-supported appraisal reports.
• Review reports and provide guidance to junior staff.
• Mentor appraisers and analysts within the office.
• Support team growth initiatives and recruitment efforts.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines while upholding quality standards.
• Contribute to valuation, assessment, and consulting across commercial properties.
• Build relationships with clients and market participants.
