Qualifications

What You'll Do

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Active Certified General (CG) Appraiser License required
• Commercial real estate valuation experience with the ability to independently complete complex assignments
• Prior experience reviewing appraisal reports and providing technical guidance preferred
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or team-development experience is a plus
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with appraisal software, Microsoft Office applications, and industry research tools
• Must be willing to work from the San Antonio office on a regular basis and collaborate with local team members
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa support
