Job summary

Fidelity Investments in Salt Lake City is seeking a Team Leader, Central Relationship Managers (C-RMs) to lead a team that engages current and potential wealth management clients via phone, email, and text to deepen relationships and set appointments for Wealth Management Team partners.

You will mentor associates, foster trust, and partner with Wealth Management Teams to drive best practices and coordinated client care, while building a strong C-RM talent pipeline and collaborating with peers

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years related experience with understanding of client service, operations, and business processes.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Series 63, 7, 9, 10 licenses required prior to hire

Responsibilities

• Coaching and developing a team of associates to deliver an outstanding experience to our clients.
• Enabling your team to drive client engagement with Wealth Management Teams (WMT)
• Contributing and influencing a collaborative, competitive, and inspiring team culture
• Partnering with associates to build personalized plans that support their development towards career goals
