Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• 5 years of ABA experience preferred.
• Must maintain clean background screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage BCBAs and RBTs to ensure clinical quality.
• Supervise daily implementation of behavior intervention plans.
• Provide direct feedback to BCBAs and RBTs on clinical performance.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for new clients.
• Support ABA Academy training program and regional data analysis.
• Travel for assessments and oversight of clinical team.
