Job summary

Patriot Disposal is seeking a CDL Rear-load Driver in Baltimore, MD for full-time work with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000. The role requires a valid Class A or B CDL with air brake endorsement, DOT medical certification, and the ability to perform physically demanding work.

You will lead from the front, support operations, ensure safety, meet route and service expectations, and provide courteous customer service in residential settings.

• Ability to perform physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe vehicle control and back/turn in tight spaces.
• Complete routes safely and on time per dispatcher instructions.
• Coordinate with helpers for loading and unloading waste.
• Provide courteous service to residential customers and keep areas clean.
• Complete DVIRs, route sheets, and maintain dispatch communication.
