Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with air brake endorsement.
• Valid DOT medical certification.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle control including backing, turning, and maneuvering in tight spaces.
• Complete routes safely and on time per service expectations.
• Coordinate with helpers to load waste and ensure safe operations.
• Provide courteous service to residential customers and keep areas clean.
• Complete DVIRs, route sheets, and maintain dispatch communication.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in ongoing training.
