Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months to one year household goods experience.
• UVL Packer and Mover certification training (provided upon hire).
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Must pass drug and background check and DOT physical.
• Class B CDL.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to five crew members during customer moves.
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Transport customer goods safely and efficiently to designated locations.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service and communication.
• Lift and carry heavy items, up to 100 pounds individually and up to 400 pounds with a team.
• Work in varying temperatures both inside and outside.
