Job summary

Abrazo West Campus Hospital in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Lead Cath Lab Technologist to coordinate the Cardiac Cath Lab team. You will train staff, provide patient care, and work closely with physicians to monitor patient status during invasive and noninvasive procedures.

The role requires ARRT-CV licensure, BLS, 1–3 years Cath Lab experience, and strong leadership to ensure safe, efficient procedures and CQI participation.

Qualifications

• Completion of formal two-year radiologic technology training.
• ARRT-CV registration and current BLS.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling and coordination of Cath Lab Technologists.
• Train and mentor staff and provide patient care.
• Communicate with physicians about patient condition.
• Prepare room and obtain supplies for procedures.
• Maintain aseptic technique and radiation safety.
• Oversee on-call procedures and unit efficiency.
