Job summary

BayCare Health System in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking an IR/EP/Cath Lab Charge RN to lead and support diagnostic and invasive procedures as a resident expert in cardiovascular care. This full-time role requires clinical excellence and the ability to function independently with supervision.

You will assume room charge, team leader charge, and proctoring duties as assigned, promoting evidence-based care and mentoring staff within the Cardiovascular and Interventional Services Team.

Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• BLS and ACLS is required.
• Experience: 2 years Clinical Nursing with at least 1 year of Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, Electrophysiology, Emergency Department or Critical Care.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Cardio IR/EP/Cath Lab Charge Nurse during procedures.
• Independently function with supervision as needed and assume room charge.
• Proctor team members and lead charges as assigned by Manager.
