BayCare is seeking an Interventional Radiology Charge Nurse in Clearwater, FL. You will lead the Cardiovascular and Interventional Services team, assist in diagnostic and invasive procedures, and serve as the room charge and proctor for teammates when assigned by the manager.

The role requires an RN license and BLS/ACLS, with 2+ years of clinical nursing experience, including Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology exposure.

Qualifications

• RN license required
• BLS and ACLS required
• Associate's Nursing degree required
• 2 years clinical nursing experience with at least 1 year in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, Electrophysiology, Emergency Department or Critical Care

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the Cardiovascular and Interventional Services Team assisting in diagnostic and invasive procedures
• Act as Resident Expert in clinical and technical aspects of Cardiovascular/Interventional
• Independently function during procedures with minimal supervision
• Assume room charge and team leader responsibilities as assigned by Manager
• Proctorship of team members when required; promote evidence-based clinical care
