Delaware North Sportsservice is hiring a full-time or part-time Lead Catering Server to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. What will you do?
  • Train banquet catering associates to ensure procedures and policies are followed
  • Ensure banquet functions are fully staffed, set up on time, and according to the banquet event order and client specifications
  • Conduct pre-function meetings with staff; delegate and communicate assignments
  • Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request ID, and adhere to alcohol service policies
  • Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards
  • Report and document any guest concerns regarding food and beverage items
  • Assist in event space breakdown if needed
  • Greet guests, assign tables, and attend to guest needs
More about you
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum of one year experience in the service industry
  • Experience in banquets or food service preferred
  • Excellent guest service skills and adherence to GuestPath standards
  • Ability to complete food safety and alcohol service training
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
Physical requirements
  • Lift up to 40 pounds for setup, service, and cleanup
  • Stand or walk throughout the shift, including stairs
  • Move between tables to deliver food
  • Work in variable temperatures, from hot kitchen environments to climate-controlled dining areas

Day and evening shifts, Monday to Friday, including weekends
