This hands-on leadership role serves as the on-site representative, coordinating with project managers, customers, general contractors, and field personnel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of structured cabling installation experience in commercial environments.
• 5+ years of experience leading field crews as Foreman or Lead Technician.
• Ability to read blueprints and project specs.
• Proficient with cable testing equipment (Fluke).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of structured cabling crews on commercial projects.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and schedules.
• Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot CAT5/CAT6 cabling.
• On-site liaison with project managers, customers, and contractors.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and site safety.
