• Know guest alcohol limits and company policies.
• Maintain knowledge of casino events and promotions.
• Complete all government reporting requirements.
• Operate surveillance software to generate reports and lookup data.
• Regularly review activity with Surveillance Manager.
• Meet attendance expectations and follow policies.
• Uphold confidentiality obligations and non-disclosure policies.
• Collaborate effectively and support team morale.
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays.
