Job summary

A leading beauty retailer is seeking a Lead Cashier in Silverdale, WA. The role requires 2 years of experience in cashiering and a passion for guest service. Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Ensure that each guest receives exceptional service by providing a guest-friendly environment.
• Support the leadership team by completing cashier chat ins and outs.

Skills

Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system)

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
