This role involves training new cashiers and requires a high school diploma with 2 years of relevant work experience. The Lead Cashier will manage transactions, drive loyalty results, and maintain store standards. This position offers a flexible schedule and a pay range of $16.50 – $22.50 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Experience addressing guests' concerns and questions promptly to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that each guest receives exceptional service by personalizing service and recommending products.
• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to sales and guest loyalty.
• Assist in the training of new cashiers and collaborate with associates to grow the business.
