This role involves training new cashiers, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi‑task, and problem‑solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Ensure exceptional service by personalizing service to guest needs.
• Book appointments for and support execution of in-store events.
